Water/Aid stations will be located every 2 miles. Porta-Johns will also be available on the course.
Water Station Challenge
Win a donation to the charity of your choice. Get a group of friends together to sponsor and support a water station for runners. This includes setting up the station, providing water and aid to runners, and helping clear the station once all runners have passed. After the race, runners will vote on their favorite station. The top 3 stations on both races will receive donations to a non-profit organization of their choice ($500, $250, $100). Although not needed to volunteer, proof of non-profit status will be required for winning payments.
For 2023, ten groups sponsored and supported a water station for runners. Voting was close and appreciation abounds for all that participated. Here are the top 3 stations which will receive donations to a non-profit organization of their choice.
